Growing up in the heart of the community, George (Giorgio's son) and Jude shared more than just a friendship—they shared a deep-rooted love for the authentic flavors of a true Italian pasticceria. Today, that childhood bond has come full circle.
Driven by a mission to honor the craft and tradition that made Giorgio’s Pasticceria Italiana a New Jersey landmark, George and Jude have partnered to bring those iconic recipes back to life. From the crisp snap of a perfect cannoli to the rich aroma of fresh-baked Sfogliatella and to new inspirations like Banana Pudding, they are reviving the gold standard of Italian baking for a new generation to enjoy.
